About Jennifer L. Wright
Jennifer graduated cum laude from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2005. She began practicing as a prosecutor and litigator before shifting her focus to estate planning in 2009. Since that time, she has helped countless individuals and families plan for their future to gain peace of mind and create a legacy for their families.
She has experience in all aspects of estate planning, including special needs planning, charitable planning, retirement trusts, education trusts and irrevocable trusts. She provides a comprehensive approach to estate planning by working closely with her clients as well as their trusted financial advisors and accounting professionals to create a customized plan to achieve their goals.
Jennifer has represented hundreds of clients in probate, trust administration and adult guardianship matters. Jennifer’s years of experience in these focused areas of law allow her to handle matters efficiently and effectively, while maintaining contact with clients throughout her representation.
Jennifer is a frequent speaker on the topics of estate planning, probate and guardianship. In addition to her membership in multiple professional organizations, Jennifer is involved in the community, serving on the boards of Edmond Women’s Club and the Arc of Oklahoma.

About Kara Givens
Kara graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with highest honors in 2024.
During law school, Kara served as assistant executive editor for the American Indian Law Review and volunteered with the Victim Advocacy Program. She received academic achievement awards for Sentencing & Habeas Corpus, Mineral Title Examination, and Oil & Gas Environmental Law and earned recognition on the Dean’s List and President’s Honor Roll.
She is passionate about helping individuals and families create estate plans that meet their needs. Her experience includes working as a legal intern at a business litigation defense firm and two estate planning firms in the OKC metro area. During that time, she contributed to the estate planning process from initial client meetings to final signings. She has also filed probate pleadings and motions, prepared documents, facilitated trust administration plans, and aided in asset transfers for effective trust funding.
In her free time, Kara enjoys going on walks with her dog, reading, and watching OU football with her husband.
